That really is a special way of celebrating the special day - first to the Registry Office in a ski suit, then up to the Planai by VIP cable car to ski as a freshly-wedded pair!
The surprise was complete in the Foyer of the Planai cable car – for nobody knew about Billy and Christine's secret wedding. First of all everyone was amazed and quite speechless - and then of course, they were all the more delighted.
After a small champagne reception, the VIP cable car took the revellers up to the Planai, where this most unusual wedding was celebrated on the slopes (and of course in some lodges too!).
