Shuttle service for Dachstein crossers: Obertraun – Schladming
For the transport back, take the Planai busses. The busses are operated on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesdays as of 3.15 pm from Obertraun base station to Schladming.
Requirements are good tour weather. Price: EUR 14,- for adults and EUR 11,- for children.
A registration is required for the return transport at the cashier at the base station of the Dachstein glacier railway. Tel. 03687/22042-800.

Free offers for tour members
Dachstein crossers coming from the south (glacier railway ) can use the lifts at the Gjaidalm (Gössl + Gjaidhaushang) free of charge.
Repeat rides EUR 4,50 for tour member, who are ascending from the north (Krippenstein/Gjaidalm), can use the glacier lifts for a mountain ride, free of charge. Repeat rides cost EUR 4,50

Special rates for tour members
For tour members, who are ascending at the north (Obertraun) and are descending on the southern side (e.g. Edelgries), there is a reduced mountain ticket for EUR 10,50 at the Dachstein glacier railway. Dachstein crosses from the south (as of the glacier railway) can use the facilities of the Krippenstein railway at the following special rates: section 1+2 for EUR 10,50, section 3 (Gjaidalm-Krippenstein) for EUR 4,- (= loader for the tour runs »Imisel« and »Krippenstein Nord«)
