The amazing choice of mountain huts offer a great chance for refreshment during your hike:

Schladminger Hut

Alpine society hut in the Schladming section of the Planai, 7 spaces

Route from valley: Travel with a car up the Planaistraße – top section is a toll road; Or travel up with the Planai Gondola directly from Schladming or up the pathway Nr. 779 which takes around 3 hours.

Tours: 5 different valley descents; Panorama trip round the Planai Peak; Krahbergzinken; Planaigipfel; Crossing to Krummholzhütte; Höhenweg to Preintalerhütte.

	Found at the top of the Planai, just a few metres from the Planai top station westwards, directly on the Planaistraße. Tel.: 03687/22152 -> www.planaihof.at

Hochwurzen Hut

	Friendly mountain restaurant at the peak of the Hochwurzen next to the top station of the Gondola and chair lift with a great viewing terrace. Startpoint for tobogganing, skiing and waking... Tel.:03687/ 61177 -> www.hochwurzen.at
