Hey kids – are you there?! Because if you are not on the Planai or the Hochwurzen, you are missing out on some great fun and games in the snow!
The Hopsi-Kinderland is there for you to learn and have fun at the same time. From snow ploughs and stem turns all the way to your first ski run in deep snow: the ski school’s instructors are there for you. The Hopsi-Kinderland is located on the Planai Märchenwiese. The Hochwurzen (Rohrmooser Plateau), too, has great activities for kids.
For your protection, helmets can be borrowed from the Planai Infopoint. Naturally, there are also helmets for adults!
Feel free to send a photograph of yourself per e-mail to all your friends from the Planai mountain station using our Flash Blitz.
If you are lucky, you might even come across a real Hopsi – he is sure to have a couple of sweets for you! Have fun at the Planai and the Hochwurzen!
Information for adults: kids up to the age of 6 years have their own ski pass – the Minicard. The price for 1-4 days is 3,50 Euro per day. Starting with the 5-day card and up to an 18-day card, the price is 17,50 Euro.

Hopsi, the mascot of the Planai and Hochwurzen, accompanies your little ones and gives them sweets and treats to make the first steps on snow that little bit easier.
The first snow experiences are made even the more exciting for our small guests on the Marchenpistes with a moving carpet, Indian Tent, snow caves and much more.
For fun and playful learning from snowploughs and stem turns all the way to the first run in deep snow, there are two ski schools to choose from.

Comfortably glide uphill on the Gipfelbahn lift at Hochwurzen ad then leisurely stroll downhill. The dreamlike preserved snow walkway offers up to 2 hours of the finest natural surroundings. Glistening snow crystals line the magically beautiful 7 kilometres…
Where? Leave the Hochwurzen Top Station and head towards the valley as far as the Gasthaus Winterer – or go a little further until you reach the base station of the Hochwurzen Gipfelbahn lift.
